Tanya is a dual-qualified attorney licensed to practice law in California and India. She earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCLA School of Law and her B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Jindal Global Law School.

Before joining Legal Corner, Tanya practiced at a leading full-service Indian law firm, where she handled a broad range of matters involving employment law, international arbitration, complex commercial disputes, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, entertainment, and white-collar matters. She also represented and advised clients in sensitive workplace matters, including sexual harassment disputes, developing experience navigating complex factual and legal issues while advocating for fair and effective resolutions.

At Legal Corner, Tanya represents employees in employment matters, with a focus on disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations. She is committed to helping employees understand their rights and pursuing meaningful resolutions on their behalf.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys attending concerts and spending time in nature.
