Leili Mokhtari earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Tabriz in 2022. She went on to earn her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Southern California in 2025. She was admitted to practice law in California in June 2026 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.
Leili’s practice focuses primarily on employment law, where she advocates for employees whose rights have been violated in the workplace. She represents clients in matters involving discrimination, workplace harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes, including class actions. She has also handled consumer protection matters throughout her legal career.
Leili takes a strategic and results-focused approach to every case, while remaining attentive to the individual circumstances and goals of each client. Her background in Alternative Dispute Resolution gives her a strong settlement-focused perspective. She works to pursue meaningful resolutions while positioning her clients for the best possible outcome. Leili is committed to standing up for employees and holding employers accountable when workplace conduct crosses the line into unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or wrongful termination.
Outside of her legal practice, Leili enjoys traveling, exploring fashion, and watching sitcoms in her free time.
