Me and My girlfriend called to see why we kept getting these letters in the mail , tbh was just throwing them away and until my girlfriend opened it and then went ahead and called tbh we thought this was a scam and was going to tell them to stop sending us this and realized it was about a house that burned down the street which I didn’t think nothing much about we saw the fire and saw smoke and ash due to the house that caught on fire due to the lady leaving her stove on we found out after but we didn’t know that since we rent and have renter insurance we can qualify for a settlement due to smoke damage. Thanks to Legal corner and their intake specialist that we spoke to we will be able to see if we have contamination and get some $$$ due to it.
